Tess Ureta Aligaen is a mother of three children and a watercolorist by profession. Originally studying to be a nurse, she chose to pursue Fine Arts to hone and express her talent. In her work, she incorporated figures of origami cranes which were inspired by herhusband’s
fondness of folding them in his spare time. Her various pieces featuring flowers and birds have been on display in various rooms at different hotels; exhibited in Makati Her latest solo show was held at Art Lounge Manila at the Molito Lifestyle Center in Ayala Alabang.
